Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory — a full-scale second hand clothing recycling, sorting, packing, and export factory. Founded in 2010, now 16 years in the industry.
50,000+ sqm across 3 factories, 600+ workers, 60+ sorting lines, 300+ used clothing containers monthly to 140+ countries. We source directly from China's first-tier cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) — not through middlemen.
Are your products good for wholesale and retail?
Yes! Our three-grade system is designed to serve different market segments across the used clothing wholesale and retail chain:
- KingAAA (80% clean) — the premium grade, ideal for retail, boutique stores, and high-end markets in Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana) and the Middle East (UAE)
- Grade A (Cream A / Warm) — mainstream wholesale, mid-market retail
- Grade B — budget markets, volume wholesale, recycling lines
What are your price terms (e.g., FOB, CIF)?
We quote on EXW & FOB Guangzhou basis only. Our product price covers product, baling (45–100 kg per bale), packing list, and standard packaging.
For shipping, two options: (1) you have your own freight forwarder — we deliver the used clothing bales to their domestic warehouse in China at no extra charge; (2) we handle international logistics and costs.
What's the minimum deposit you'll accept?
- Container orders (the typical MOQ for used clothing wholesale): 50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before loading.
- Loose cargo (1 bale+): 100% payment before shipment.
All payments via T/T. L/C also accepted with prior approval from our business manager.
Can I mix different products in one container?
Yes! You can mix Used Clothing, Used Shoes, Used Bags, Home Textiles, and Textile Recycling Products in one 20GP or 40HQ container.
We customize the product ratio and grade mix to match your target market — this is one of our core strengths for used clothing wholesale. Many suppliers only offer standard bales, but we tailor the packing list to maximize your profit.
What kind of quality control do you have in place?
3-in-1 QC system for every used clothing bale, at every stage:
- Stage 1 — Raw material inspection: every incoming truckload of second hand clothing is checked before unloading. Below standard = rejected.
- Stage 2 — In-process checks: production lines stop every hour for QC.
- Stage 3 — Final inspection: after packing, before approval for shipment.
Do you have fast shipping options?
Production timeline: loose cargo (1 bale+) ready in 3 days, full container (20GP / 40HQ) ready in 7–14 days after order confirmation.
Shipping timeline depends on your freight forwarder and destination. Our partner forwarders serve 140+ countries — including the used clothing Africa route (Kenya / Nigeria / Ghana), Middle East route (UAE), and Eastern Europe route — and can provide a separate reference quote with transit time estimates.
How do I actually place an order?
Simple 3-step process:
- Tell us your product grade(s), categories, and target quantity (1 bale+ loose or 20GP/40HQ container)
- We prepare a tailored packing list and EXW Guangzhou quote in USD
- For shipping: if you have your own forwarder, we deliver to their domestic warehouse. If you need one, we connect you with our partner forwarders for a separate reference quote.
